Aara takes Christmas party bookings at our dining room on Icknield Street — family dinners, work parties and everything in between.

Our everyday menu of crafted tikkas, signature biryanis and homestyle curries is served as usual through the festive season — joined by the Christmas Feasting Menu below. The kitchen may still finalise the Christmas menu, so please confirm it when you book.

Groups & private dining

Tables for up to 12 can be booked online. For bigger parties, call us on 0121 389 9882 and we will make room for you.

We take Christmas parties of up to 40 people. Private options: the area by the bar seats 8, our private room seats 8, and the entire venue can be booked, seating up to 50.

Deposits & booking terms

We accept bookings from 12pm every day, until 11pm on Friday and Saturday and 10pm Sunday to Thursday.

A deposit of £10 per person is due 10 days before your booking.

When are Christmas party bookings open?: We are taking bookings now — Christmas at Aara runs from Monday 23 November 2026 onwards. Book a table online or call us on 0121 389 9882.
Is there a set Christmas menu?: Yes — the Christmas Feasting Menu is £35 per person. See the full menu above, from the popodum basket through to dessert.
Can I book a large group?: Tables for up to 12 can be booked online. For bigger parties — we take Christmas parties of up to 40 — call 0121 389 9882 and we will sort you out.
Is there a deposit for Christmas bookings?: Yes — £10 per person, due 10 days before your booking.
Can I book a private area or the whole venue?: Yes — the area by the bar seats 8, and our private room seats 8. The entire venue can also be booked, seating up to 50. Call 0121 389 9882 to arrange it.
